[if there is no fire go to the helmet shop in barbarian village and cook them. when you get a full inventory of cooked fish, go into the stronghold of security[ the place with all the cockroaches] and kill cockroach workers. they drop lots of nature runes, 1 or 2 cosmic runes at a time, 10-28 chaos runes, and large a mounts of mithril ore [noted]. sell these drops on grand exchange i got 50k from a load and bought a rune 2h sword. i was level 50 when i started doing this now i am level 54 in just 2 days! i am going to save up to buy rune platelegs, and then i am going to beat elvarg so i can wear a rune platebody. also, a few of you may want to level up your hitpoints, right? well i found the best way! level up your strength first, then your defence, then your attack. make sure all of these levels are the same level. when yyou do that, start the cycle over again, and your hitpoints will be the level up next. remember, the cockroach workers can hit hard, so go back for food when you run out. sorry rangers and magers, but there are no spots i know of as i am a melee specialist. i recommend when you reach level 51 or around there, go to the barbarian village fishing spot. pick up the fish they drop and cook them on a fire.
